波佐見焼の伝統技術と多孔質セラミック製造における最先端技術によって製造されたコーヒーフィルター「cerapotta」をドバイで披露し、世界に向けてペーパーストレスなく、素材本来の味わいを引き出す持続可能なコーヒー文化を発信します。
今年で5回目を迎える「World of Coffee Dubai」は中東における最高峰のスペシャルティコーヒーイベントです。
コーヒー市場が急拡大するUAEとその周辺諸国を中心に、世界中から専門業者やコーヒーファンが一同に会する本イベントは、国際的なコーヒービジネスの中でも注目を集めています。
今回、アッシュコンセプトは現地パートナーの「Kahraman Dubai（カハラマン ドバイ）」ブース内での出展となります。
ブースでは、実際に「cerapotta」を使用した抽出デモンストレーションを実施、淹れたてのコーヒーをお楽しみいただけます。

We will be exhibiting our original brand, “cerapotta,” at the specialty coffee event “World of Coffee Dubai,” to be held in Dubai, UAE, from Sunday, January 18th to Tuesday, January 20th.
The ceramic coffee filter, “cerapotta,” manufactured using the traditional technique of Hasami ware and cutting-edge technology in porous ceramic manufacturing, will be unveiled in Dubai, spreading the message to the world about a sustainable coffee culture that brings out the natural flavor of the coffee beans without the use of a paper coffee filter.
Now in its fifth year, “World of Coffee Dubai” is the Middle East’s premier specialty coffee event.
The event, which brings together coffee professionals and enthusiasts from around the world, primarily from the UAE and its surrounding countries, where the coffee market is rapidly expanding, is gaining attention in the international coffee industry. This time, we will be exhibiting within the booth of its local partner, Kahraman Dubai.
At our booth, you can taste freshly brewed coffee.
